Jeoffrey Siep absolutely smashed it on his first visit to Palm Tree in November catching the 'Warrior' twice along with several other Siamese carp over the 100lb mark, and catching two different Mekong catfish over the Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Catfish qualifying weight of 300lb. Other noticeable catches were albino mollycot, catla carp, Chinese black carp and ripsaw catfish. Stuart Turner had a belter of a session when he returned to Palm Tree in November which resulted in him acquiring three different BIG Fish Club t-shirts, namely the Chao Phraya, Carp and Catfish ones. In addition to this great achievement he also landed a number of other impressive catches that included ripsaw catfish, tambaqui, mollycot, wallago attu, leopard catfish, striped catfish and both Amazon and Thai redtail.
 
 
 
 
Dave Funnell had an awesome session on his return to Palm Tree in November amassing two Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Carp Club t-shirts as well a catching the first barramundi to be caught in over six years, a mint albino pacu and a rare albino Chinese silver carp. He also landed some striking black shark minnow, as well as another albino species this time a chao phraya, alligator gar, yellow catfish, striped catfish, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Lee Taylor-Clark was finally back at Palm Tree in November and landed himself two new Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Fish Club t-shirts courtesy of the 'Warrior' and the 'Friendly Mekong' in what turned out to be a very busy session for him. He also caught a large variety of other species which included ripsaw catfish, catla carp, Chinese black carp, alligator gar, tambaqui, chao phraya catfish, pacu, striped catfish, catfish shark, crystal eyed catfish, wallago attu, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Matt Christelow had an awesome session when he returned in November landing two BIG Fish Club qualifying specimens namely a monstrous Siamese carp and a leviathan of a Mekong catfish, as well as breaking his alligator gar pb, and adding a new species to his list in the form of a mrigal. He also caught tambaqui, striped catfish, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
David Philpott caught a fabulous variety of fish on his first visit to both Palm Tree and Thailand in November. The rarest of these were the Chinese highfin catfish and mad barb. He also landed Chinese bighead carp, Juliens golden price carp, alligator gar, pacu, Mekong catfish, Siamese carp, striped catfish, as ell as both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Archie Dingle was all smiles during his first visit to Palm Tree in November landing numerous Mekong catfish to over 400lb as well as Siamese carp, chao phraya catfish, tambaqui, striped catfish, Amazon redtail and more....
 
 
 
 
The guides had a decent dabble in November catching a wide variety of species that included catla carp, chao phraya catfish, Mekong catfish, Chinese black carp, albino pacu, leopard catfish, Siamese carp, mad barb, ripsaw catfish, striped catfish, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Ted Broster was back again in November this time landing not one but two Mekong catfish over the entry weight to the Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Catfish Club. In addition to this he also had a rarely caught Salawin rita, as well as alligator gar, catla carp, Siamese carp, and both Amazon and Asian redtail.
 
 
 
 
Leigh Knott and Pat Lowe finally made it back to Palm Tree in November landing some nice fish that included Siamese carp to over the 100lb mark, each of them had an albino pacu, giant gourami, as well as both Asian and Amazon redtail and more...
