Garry Redhead finally made his long awaited return to Palm Tree in November and it wasn’t long before he smashed the Palm Tree Salawin rita catfish record with a 67kg monster. He also landed Siamese carp, the ‘Friendly Mekong’, alligator gar, Amazon redtail and more… |
David Redman was back in November and it was not long before he has again banked both ‘The Warrior’ and the ‘Friendly Mekong’. He also caught a nice Chinese black carp, as well as tambaqui, chao phraya catfish, Amazon redtail and more… |
Archie Dingle returned in November this time with George and Nigel and they caught so many fish that we have had to split the catch report into two parts. Between them they landed some of the more hard to come by species in particular albino Chinese silver carp, giraffe catfish, and ripsaw catfish. They also caught numerous Mekong catfish to 300lb, Siamese carp, chao phraya catfish, tambaqui, alligator gar, both Amazon and Asian redtail and more… |
Dan Hasting had another great session in November that was topped off by a stunning albino Chinese silver carp. He also caught numerous black shark minnows, as well as albino catfish shark, the ‘Friendly Mekong’, tambaqui, pacu, striped catfish, mollycot, catfish shark, and both Amazon and Asian redtail. |
Steve Williams brought his World Carp Tour customers to Palm Tree for the first time in November. Between them they caught a number of chunky Mekong catfish along with a number of Siamese carp. Paul Mulally was very happy with his session in November landing a rare granulated catfish, along with a monster tambaqui. He also caught arapaima, Siamese carp, striped catfish, as well as both Amazon and Asian redtail. |
Nigel Angus was another first time customer in November who landed a huge Mekong catfish to earn himself a Palm Tree Lagoon BIG Catfish Club t-shirt. He also caught some nice tambaqui, along with some chunky Amazon redtail, striped catfish, and Asian redtail. |
Stuart Turner and Adam Oakshott returned in November catching a number of Siamese carp that included ‘Th Warrior’ as well as some very chunky Mekong catfish, chao Phraya catfish, and a lot more… |
It was another good session for Bill Malaney in November landing both ‘The Warrior’ and the much harder to catch ‘Little Warrior’, as well as black shark minnow, alligator gar, striped catfish, and both Amazon and Asian redtail. |
